This is wrong. The legislation bans all products containing >0.4mg (not percentage) per container.

If it’s full spectrum CBD, yes, it would be illegal. CBD isolate will still be legal.

Nationwide. Anything with >0.4mg of THC per container, including all full spectrum CBD products, would be classified as Schedule 1 drugs. They would only be available in dispensaries in legal states.

The legislation bans anything containing >0.4mg of THC per container. So CBD isolate would be legal, but full spectrum CBD would be illegal (Schedule 1).

CBD is not intoxicating. This legislation would ban all full-spectrum (non-intoxicating) CBD products.

It’s way worse than that. The legislation bans anything with >0.4 milligrams of THC per container, not percentage. I don’t think it’s possible to naturally produce CBD oil with THC levels that low.

The bill would criminalize any hemp product with more than 0.4mg of THC per container. Full spectrum CBD products would become Schedule 1, considered more dangerous than cocaine or meth.

Ask them to support Rand Paul’s amendment, which would remove the hemp-ban language from the appropriations bill.

I agree. “Hemp product” means something very different today than it did a few years ago!
