To my fellow Minnesotans who think that ICE deportations are about violent crime. It’s not. 63% of arrests are for people who have never been convicted. Also, “trusting the system” only works if the system is trustworthy.

An honest question: is there a reason ICE agents look like a vigilante group?Can ICE not afford uniforms? And, officially, why masks? I’m assuming fear of future retribution,but most of the people they detain are not gangs members,and they should know if they are if that’s the reason for arrest.

This administration is literally sending children away to die. The children also happen to be US citizens. Stopping them is not enough. Voting them out is not enough. They must be held accountable.

This is from a Politico article. Honest question for journalists: is part of your training to interrogate people statements and assumptions or just to report what they said? I’ve seen so many people say things like this without any attempts to substantiate or clarify the statement.
