Man... I remember the days of struggle with PETG on the dusty Mega S as my first 3D printer and having 0 experience. 😂

With 60C chamber temps, steppers can easily reach 75-80C and above, depending on how hard you run them. Now, mount them on PETG parts that are not even rated for that temp under a light load, and apply the high tension of the motion system. Now that is a recipe for failure. :)

90C is ~15C higher temp than most PETGs are rated. It should do this. 😁

That's why I wish it existed as I could test it. :)

I assume we both have Orca slicer in mind, so you can do it in the printer settings: fan speed up and kick start times.
