I wish my daughter would do something similar. I am 6" shorter, on the upper emd of middle age, and have been skipping the gym for 6 months--and I am still more physically damgerous than she is. It terrifies me.

If you know exactly what it is going to be, it is genre fiction, aka the simple carbs of reading. Which is lovely and comforting. But you do lose narrative and literary muscle eventually.
