At 19? He still needs full,time supervision? I would say that mother and son have a bond that is disgustingly close. Just Wow. I had two 19 year olds and one of them was on the spectrum and he didn't need constant supervision. Just gross

Base of the pyramid will be red meat and animal fats. Next layer up is supplements.
This might be the only change at HHS where I'm hopeful the recommendations will be realistic, although I'll be crossing my fingers hoping they don't recommend five tons of red meat per child. 😅
