+I don't think they actually want to; it's just an excuse. Either they don't have enough budget, or they simply don't want to invest in. I don't see any reason not to order Omneo Premium.

Officially we know that It keeps getting delayed because the Grand Est wants reversible push-pull train sets and not EMUs, but there isn't suitable material available for such a service as they want it+

I also like the TGV-M livery. Modern and smart looking. I like this kind of liveries also found on ICE, AVE etc.

And another point I don't understand is that Nightjet operates night trains in many European countries. Does it only need subsidies in France? Or do other countries subsidize these trains as well? Aren't all those trains open-access

I think also the same. They will scrap all the single deck fleet and they will convert more existing inOui Duplex to Ouigo. Those new trains will not be additional
