Disappointing: mailing poster TUBES I stocked up on now cost more to mail — USPS and so on consider them "special packaging" for reasons.
I'll need to find mailing roll boxes to keep costs reasonable.
Tubes will be used for 'Free Art Friday' ... more on that next Spring.

No need to— the bill was bullshit; MN courts and attorney general caught this as part of a system-wide scam. Insurance settled out, and the bill disappeared.

This reminds of a fault in public unity: few actually like politics. So after the “yes we can” victory was over, a majority fucked off and didn’t do anything more.
The public left it up to the black man to fix everything, and didn’t turn out to vote in 2010.
