I’ve seen gameplay of other ports, The NES I’ve just felt closest to the original (some of the sprites are scaled down in some ports, and I think functions differently in some)

And Galaga '88 would connect Galaga's world to Bosconian (as the game mentions having been 7 years after Galaga takes place), thus connecting Galaga to Star Luster.

It makes zero sense to me that they have this 4000 year gap in the timeline and nothing happens between then and Thunder Ceptor.
