watched ep 3 of the diddy doc last night. there’s a disgusted like “as if” face his buddy makes when diddy relates he’s being sued for sexual assault by dawn richards. it is a painfully familiar mug. it’s one i saw in court narrating my own mistreatment. I didn’t cry then but I did last night

it’s been so long since i had one I spent hours treating it like something else and man did i try everything: NSAID stacking, lidocaine patches, ice and lying down, caffeine, rehydration. nothing touched it. husband had a med i took half of. improved. still threatening today
who has two thumbs and endured her first migraine in years and years last night

well the flights definitely give me symptoms, but since it’s a motion-triggered syndrome that’s to be expected. i was conscientious with my alcohol intake, perhaps less so with weed vape, but still leagues more sober than i would have been otw. symptoms at about a 4 atm. football party time
