I don’t understand. This is the NPR Public Editor saying they made a mistake. Are you saying the script initially didn’t reference “underage women”, and that they changed it, and then changed it a second time after the outcry?

Just add /s afterward so people who don’t know you will know that you are being sarcastic, instead of possibly thinking you are a jerk. I tend to do this where there is any doubt.
