Fair. But, my point was that English proficiency is a ridiculous disqualifier in a time with a severe shortage of CDL drivers. Shocking that the transportation secretary seems to not understand the ramifications in this hiring environment. But petty turf wars with Cali will not improve things.

So will they no longer be allowed to bring goods into the US?
