Today's #monsterart prompt is "Wind + Goo", a Helio Slime.

It can control its buoyancy by adding air to its upper half, or shift its slime mass to its 'anchor tail' to weigh itself down and descend. The tail can also be used to attack!

The wings are mostly just for steering.

people do rock paper scissors in tournaments for port selection and luigi is one of very few times iirc that you want the *higher* port

(lower port gives you priority in some simultaneous interactions like grabbing each other, standard port priority silliness)

i feel similarly about most official remixes of gen 1 pokemon music. There's a sense of chaos to the original battle tracks that most of the remixes lose.

FRLG is the only time they got it right. The champion theme changes lead instruments constantly, maintaining that chaos in a new way.

The NPC space empires are subject to the alignments as well, and if you run into one of your other save files' empires, their alignment will reflect that... except for the Knight archetype, which for some reason can't exist as an NPC and will default to Warrior.

Spore (2008) gives you an alignment in your final stage based on your behavior in the first 4. Be consistently aggressive and you'll get warrior, consistently neutral and you'll get trader. Spend half your time being aggro and half being social and you'll get zealot.
