Made roasted chicken thighs and tiny spuds tonight/work lunches. I always forget how good roasted chicken and spuds can be.
Anyways, I ran through 2 thighs and a small pile of spuds before I stopped to take a picture of things.

Here, have a ginormous list if adobe alternatives. Freeware is listed on there, as is open source. I've been using it here and there and haven't been disappointed yet.

It's my first time making candied nuts and so far I would call them a success! Subtly sweet, salty, and just a bit sticky still, they'll need time to dry out before I bring them to Thanksgiving with me.
