The mention of lolicon and CSAM here is odd. The studio itself notes this is an issue of policy and not legality, which is an important distinction. This is also an instance where the supposed offending material was removed (a young girl riding a naked woman as if she was a horse)

No vote today and there's still a lot of disagreement on these bills, but I wouldn't be complacent.
Republicans say they're looking to "shoehorn" in KOSA, SCREEN or other restrictions into the must-pass defense bill coming up later this month.

I mean, you can argue they did put out sequels to Shovel Knight given that the other campaigns (King, Specter and Plague) are basically there own fully fledged games.
