The Right Hand rule I was taught used the whole hand to avoid strain, but it is possible to just use your thumb, index, and middle finger as demonstrated here:

Another error that flew completely under the radar for me is this: Tojiko's kanmuri has crossing ribbons instead of her usual talisamans

(next pages it's returned to normal, though)

A table of the Antimony of Common Flowers cast grouping based on what they'd do if they had no clean dishes. Byakuren, Kokoro, Kasen, Mokou, and Reisen would wash the dishes. Yukari, Mamizou, Sumireko, and Miko would get take out. Marisa, Ichirin, Nitori, and Shion would eat with bare hands. Reimu, Koishi, and Doremy would put food in their shoe and eat out of that. Tenshi and Shinmyoumaru would rather starve than do dishes. Jo'on would buy a new set of dishes. Futo has her own cell in the corner, stating she IS the reason there are no clean dishes. The joke referencing her game mechanic in all of her fighting game appearances where she breaks plates in order to get stronger.

Reading that reminded me of this bit I've encountered while looking up stuff for Yoshika:
As we learn, Yoshika, who was originally known as Kuwahara (misread by Masafusa as Haraaka, an actually unattested surname) no Kotomichi but changed first his family name (for unknown reasons) and then also his given name because of a poem he liked, decided to become an immortal under rather unusual circumstances. In the very beginning of his career, after spending a night with the concubine of an official from the Bureau of Examination who was meant to examine him the next day, Yoshika decided that his goal in life should be to become an “eccentric immortal”. He passed his official exam without any trouble, with an unparalleled score. Graffiti in the academy he attended proclaimed him the “world’s greatest maniac” (so he comes prepackaged with a Touhou-appropriate title). He attained widespread acclaim for his wit and poetic skill. In his free time, he engages in celebrated literati pastimes such as drinking and sleeping with courtesans (Masafusa does not specify if he wrote about that, like his Tang counterparts did). Rumor has it if you throw Mononobe no Cato a long distance, her sleeves will stretch even longer. Supposedly, she will use her long sleeves as a guide so she can find her way back to her rightful place: Soga no Tojiko's lap for a nap.

On a whim I dug up an old piece:

Tojiko probably did it mostly as thread, but she would also find it kinda funny.

Throwback time.
