@petebuttigieg.bsky.social has it right. We absolutely do need to spread the progressive message to places and people who do not understand or even see it.

We do NOT need to accommodate hate. Moving toward the “middle” just makes us a bland, spineless alternative no one wants.

What do my #gamedev friends think about #uvw-cwa? On the one hand, this seems like what we've been waiting for. On the other, it seems like a lot of money to support a fledgling organization that may not yet have much impact for me or my colleagues personally.

People are still trying to attack Trump by pointing out his hypocrisy, the incompetence of his staff and the reality that the economy is tanking and his policies have no hope of actually working.

The parallels between the current US regime and other monstrous governments just keep coming. John Sundman made a (imo) very clever connection here.
