Letters should definitely be sent to every individual homeowner and business in the surrounding area letting them know about the disruptions and decreases in property value that are coming their way. They might have a thing or two to say about that.

Does the city council approve of this? Is this a permitted activity in this town? Everyone in that city council needs to be put on camera and asked. Who is servicing the building? Any vendors that are involved need to be put on blast. Just tell us who to call and boycott.

Lawyer: I've been representing a mother and her 5 children. The two youngest children have lived 20% of their lives in that facility. We've had awful reports of mental health deterioration. This facility is a jail. It's unconscionable that there are children at this facility.
