(but i am 100% aware that this is also a major issue for people who are autistic that cant access necessary support because theyre ‘too high functioning’)

i know that im far from the only person in this situation, and it’s so frustrating to know that so many of us need help and the resources just do not exist because we “function good enough”.

those bigass goofy twisty straws become a lifesaver when im bedridden fr. the ones that are words extend out to the side and make it wayyy easier to hydrate if that helps. gatorade and soup broth is better than nothing 🤣
carbs having crumbs is a crime though, impossible to eat laying down for me
