man. getting care as a high functioning person with sensory processing issues is so difficult. my therapist is doing her best to find a specialist but literally everyone near my city only works with cases that are unable to live/function alone or who need work assistance..

i also want to say im going to try to focus more on craftposting than medicalposting. my stress level was through the roof when i was actively checking the news every few minutes and i was struggling a lot. im still keeping informed, but not constantly obsessing like i was. so expect more crafts :)

i know ive been gone for a while, i had to step away from everything. got medicated for my ocd, and holy shit am i doing better. NAC and luvox the miracle workers ever. i might start posting projects again, but ive mostly been eating away at big stuff so not much to post

Going by the ‘loaves of bread’ measure, for one hours work in 1994 that $8 would buy you ~10 loaves of bread at about 80 cents a loaf. The amount of money you’d need to buy ten loaves of bread today would be abouuuut $20? So $20/hour would be the rough equivalent in 2025.
