Really heartening to see this and seeing others agree. There was a post that made the rounds recentish, that implied anything not "by the book" was lazy and bad DMing. To see so many agree w/ that and dogpile other DMing/playing styles was disheartening.

We're working folk. And we work really hard. For next to nothing.

There are loads of communities and other resources online that can help you learn game dev. Only thing college might be good for is the possible early connections you would do with fellow students, but you can also do that online. This is a good place to start figuring out things develop.games

Partner put off renewing license til last minute, which was dumb AF since he does Uber. IF new one isn't here tomrrw, we may be fucked this wk since Uber's AI was having issues w the temp. Which means can't pay car insurance or car.
