There has never been a targeted look at what the demand for people/skills will be, which would dictate educational/skills programming needed in advance. For instance, a cursory look at demographics indicates we will have a huge swath of Boomers entering their golden years. But plan for that? Nah.

Did I say “all polls for the year are wrong?” Answer no. Since I live in Alberta I believe the rural folks, over represented in the Legislature, vote UCP. Many do not. Stick to US politics.
