I commented on the lack of lamb when out in Princeton Indian Restaurant with some American colleagues. They told me that lambs were considered to be pets, as a consequence Americans can be a little squeamish about the meat.

A friend who’s family have kept a bungalow overlooking Orkney and an hour and a half from the main road reports having a better internet connection than at home in Brighton. A consequence of Scottish government policy I’m told.

They shift an astounding amount of water. Had to wait for one to finish clearing silt from Haslar Marina (it’s a thing) because a very long keeled gaff cutter was simply going to spin in its wake.

Look for design agencies who do exhibition stands and the like and try to drill down to the 2D design department. Someone will know which printers to contact, if they are prepared to tell you. The best ones to contact will do blue chip clients, so not cheap.

The Northern Irish ones had photos as long as I can remember, booklets for parents generation and cards from the early 90s. We generally carried them all the time as checkpoints were frequent, so it was easier. The habit continued on the Mainland.

Absolutely, I do love the UniFi APs we have up the back of the house. All off one of their tiny routers. I suspect it would need the likes Nest or Honeywell to get behind an initiative to make it work in a typical domestic environment.

It’s a canned nightmare for EMI, so getting POE devices through EMC tests involves expensive parts that probably bumps the price over a threshold consumers will tolerate.
