A map of Ireland generated by ChatGPT that has so many errors it's hard to know where to begin explaining them but here goes: The area designated as ULSTER is spelled "UNSTER" and broadly approximates the area encompassing the six counties of Northern Ireland, but does not include Cavan, Monaghan or Donegal. Within it, there is the word LONDOGRL, orphaned of any internal subdivisions, around about where Fermanagh should be. In total, there appear to be eleven subdivided counties, only four of which bear real county names - Cavan, Antrim, Monaghan and Down - each of which is in the wrong place. Cavan sits where Leitrim, Sligo and Roscommon should be; Antrim is a mega-county that just about takes the space of where Louth, Monaghan, Cavan and Meath should be; Monaghan is roughly in place of Offaly and Laois; Down is basically Kilkenny. In addition there is a county named Covan (roughly where Longford and Westmeath should be) and another with the delightfully piratical name of 'Arrmagh' (which occupies an entirely invented space encompassing some, or all, of Meath, Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow). All of those six (correctly and incorrectly) named counties are shaded in yellow, occupying the north-eastern "half" (approx) of the island of Ireland. Since UNSTER is written in the largest writing, by far, within the yellow portion, it appears we are to deduce that this sideways slice through the counties encompasses UNSTER. The rest of Ireland is shaded in green and located in what you might call the south-western axis of the island, with the notable exception of Wexford (unnamed on the map) which is also in green. None of the green portion is subdivided or given named counties, but the entire swath of southernmost Ireland does bear the prominent, and glorious, signifier NORTHERN IRELAND. REPUBLIC OF IRELAND is written on the beige expanse of the Celtic sea, due south of Cork.
