This is William, I cant remember his creation date but it was about 2 years ago. His birthday is the 1st of May. He is a sweet, anxious, gentle artist who loves animals, is very distractable and keeps falling for dangerous men (is also in complete denial of this)

I found some old artwork from when I was a kid and thought I'd do a side by side comparison with my work 20 years down the line, amazing what practise can do! I need to get back to traditional paints again

Followed some reports of orca sightings up to the cliffs last night. Sadly it might have been a false alarm, I saw no Orcas, but I did get some fabulous views of the sea from the top of the cliffs

I was struggling with the texture of the antlers from my reference photo then realised I have real antlers in my cupboard from my medieval reenactment display, it's always good to be able to feel a texture you are trying to paint
