Woo! I finally tested this solo PF2e idea! Sort of. I made a few changes:
-Party of 2 (dual classing each)
-No bonus HP
-PCs use both classes back-to-back, just limited to their class' abilities
-Encounters are built as if a party of 4.
It looks like it can work, there is just some weird stuff.

For anyone curious, here's what I got so far:
-Dual class variant rules
-Double HP
-Two initiatives, roll twice or +20 for one
-Only use skill rules you want to use (e.g. can drop survival if it's boring)
-Scale encounters/start at higher level
-No save-or-die abilities/captured on defeat
-Hirelings

For a job interview, got a coding assessment. It's time and monitored like crazy, so working under pressure. Got one problem that's failing due to the code taking too long. Try to make it more efficient, but fail.

Apparently the giant Umbreon plushie from the Pokemon Center got delayed to March of next year. Given how things have been going for me and that I can't change the shipping address, there is a possibility that I won't be getting it...

I've had 3 tech recruiters in a span of a week reaching out about a possible position. While two are contracts and one might be the same position as another, it has been a change of pace with one actually looking promising. Hopefully this is a sign that the tech industry is healing.

Good news: I believe I've now gotten under 9 mins. on the Nürburgring in ACC despite constant mistakes thanks to VR.
Bad news: guess what the preview screen, which was recorded, showed? Sure as heck not what I was looking at. So I get to figure this out.

So due to (a lack of) work, I might be moving to a new city. And since an apartment doesn't seem appealing for various reasons, I've been looking at houses and learning what I probably like.
I also need to go through my stuff and figure out what to get rid of and how.

At some point, I should look into the Ship of #TTRPG Theseus and where the line is drawn because I'm having a habit now of doing heavy homebrewing for systems I play and I kind of wonder if they could be considered new systems or not.

Just realized that if I ever get to play Pathfinder "Season of Ghosts" again, after warning the GM that I know what happens, I can basically play THE medicine seller. (Okay, more precisely, a loose inspiration from him because he's really not a good character for a group game.)

Started a new save in Monster Hunter Wilds to practice with Dual Blades. I gotta tell you, this is pretty terrific.

Finished the novel "The Island of Doctor Moreau" due to starting a personal project loosely based off of it. Pretty easy read and appreciate the ending basically being "and this is why the curtains are blue," but definitely not what I've been led to believe based off of limited references.

Sorry, my mind has been jumping around and I think I figured out the clues for the Golden Door puzzle for some #ttrpg that I want to run someday. Basically, very early on, show the players a golden door that just doesn't belong in a dungeon but nothing they can do gets them in.

So, um, on the #ACC 'Ring thing I'm doing, I think I discovered something weird. My best lap with a flatscreen is a 9:02.9 which included a lap prior to have a quicker launch. With VR, I did a 9:02.7. On the first lap.
Me thinks I need to race in VR more.

My mind has decided it wants to make a #TTRPG system that only uses a d% and isn't a hack of any existing system. Problem is, I'm questioning everything and I don't know where I should focus first.

Found something kind of fun for #PF2e build theory crafting: create a party of 4 that covers the combat and skill needs (e.g. healer, magic user, front line martial, party face) while still being decent. Kind of fun seeing how flexible some classes really are.

I hate the fact that I waited this long to watch the Chopper story arc in One Piece. Then again, maybe now was a perfect time to finally see it.

Been getting a sudden urge to run another solo Pathfinder game, because surely this one can work!

In Assetto Corsa Competizione for the Nurburgring, I'm going to aim for a consistent lap time of sub 9 minutes in the GT3 class. Right now, my best lap time is about 9:21:xxx and I struggle to even put together a clean lap.

Long time since I've said much on work on updating an old #furry #VRChat avatar. Got inspired to redo the tail with a solid marking instead of sticking with the given painted tips. Also decided to move the panosphere into the middle, kind of like how it originally was. Just need to animate it.
