To make it look like he’s a “bad guy.” He’s not. These are folks who are thoroughly integrated into the local community, hire and buy from locals like my mom, have no criminal record, fled El Salvador during the civil war, have been here for decades.

My mom has phone records that can demonstrate his time of initial detention to hopefully straighten this out. But from what it looks like, they tried to arrest an LPR, went after his buddy instead, and then got into an accident and are now implicating the guy they already got into a shooting…

Her coworker—while he was detained—was injured in a car accident as they were bringing him in. While he was being brought in, ICE diverted to an incident that turned into a shoot out in Glen Burnie, MD. The vehicle he was in crashed. He was injured and taken to the hospital. 2/
