Have you ever started to put a quilt together and realized the instructions were wrong? Really disappointed! I can fix it to a point but still mad..lol.

Peanut decided to claim the wool applique project I'm finishing.

I realized I had not posted any quilts. This quilt was originally done in primatives. I wanted to make a two-color quilt and had fun shopping for fabric. I used the paisley as my focus fabric. Machine piecing and needleturn applique.

We can get all worked up about this Trump/Musk feud but it just pushes us farther over a hill we can't climb back up. This is a scary time. And it will not change the opinion of the average Trumper. Their poor Donny, being mistreated again.

The day will come when we will not be able get permits for peaceful protests. That is when we will know for sure this democracy is gone and blood will run in the streets.

I've been at DOJ for so many important speeches & presentations. Today, my heart is filled with sadness for my former colleagues & our country as a convicted felon who doesn't understand justice or the meaning of the rule of law & why both are essential to our democracy stands there.

I'm sick of news show pundits saying that losing Social Security and Medicare will cause stress to our seniors. Hell, it will kill people. So many in rural areas are living off of social security only. Hard fact but true. They weren't slackers. They were hard working people. Get a clue America!

It’s not strange when you realize that some large percentage of the country *wants* self conscious evil bc their highest priority is hurting the people they hate.
