Absolutely beautiful mama and baby!
My husband and I were lucky enough to spot a bear cub in Yellowstone a year and a half ago. Our national parks are such an opportunity to see the most beautiful creatures in nature. ♥️

On the left is the wedding quilt. I gave her the choice of gently rehoming that quilt if it was too painful and making her a new one. She said, how about I keep that one because my mom made it AND you make me a new one.

Yoga is out until I can bend without pain. So I went for a very slow walk in the neighborhood. The steps in the morning are from cafeteria Duty.

I decided I should do something productive on my day off and that I should go to the pharmacy. Go? Sorry I mean I should walk to the pharmacy. I just got home. , I really struggled those last 1,000 steps.😅

When my girls were bitty, my mother-in-law expressed complete confusion to my daughters having blue eyes. She stated that no one in her family had blue eyes and she just could not understand where my girls got blue eyes from.

Not quite sure how my blood sugar dropped, but I'm going to go with, non fried potatoes, in moderation, with protein and veggies are on the menu.
To be fair, I had like maybe a third of a cup of potatoes with a cup of broccoli and a half cup of protein. It's not like I went crazy
