The part that still perplexed me: why do they bother trying to give excuses?
Do they think they're still fooling someone somewhere in a way that helps their image?

His sharpie is running out of ink.

Is it a metaphor? Here's hoping.

Well, it had to be. Certainly there was no pleasure involved.

Well that's a sustainable and harmless practice so much better than the renewable sources available.

sigh....

too real.

It's almost like there was no clear metric for why they needed to be there and how they'd know when they were done.

Uncle Ben is clearly still alive. Rawhide kid needs to learn a bit of basic medicine.

I'd like to know this as well.

originally come from somewhere.

Am I missing what you're saying?

Confused by this take -

Any car regenerating its kinetic energy into usable energy can only do that with energy taken from braking.

If you took kinetic energy from the car's motion you'd be preventing it from moving - orat the very least slowing it down.

And that kinetic energy still needs to 1/

But fuel isn't lubricant. And fuel is what is being consumed and outputting harmful emissions.

The issue is the number of cars, sure - but the fact so many of them -are- the same fossil-fuel powered mchines is definitely 'a' if not 'the' way forward and therefore the core issue

But +1 lone gunmen

God he's an idiot.

Israel has said that these were mistakes, failures in protocol, that officers involved were dismissed, etc.

I don['t believe them, but it's certainly the defense that would be brought up with that accusation and many others if biden was tried. It would go nowhere.
December 10, 2025 at 5:36 AM
And in the ICC? Where is the accusation there? If it's as open and shut as you say? what's the holdup?
December 10, 2025 at 5:28 AM
How is that trolling? Your initial comment was 'why aren't liberals calling for biden's prosecution for war crimes'

It's a response. Because the way the law works, he wouldn;t be convicted of that here. They would claim the evidence was contested in many of those cases.
December 10, 2025 at 5:28 AM
You don't seem to be listening to when I'm repeatedly saying it -is- enough for me.

I don't think it's enough to convict Biden - certainly not in a u.s. court in the foreseeable future. and I don't think in the icc either.
December 9, 2025 at 6:53 PM
I'm going to bet that Israel stated those were either valid targeted strikes or mistakes.
December 9, 2025 at 6:52 PM
Yeah. Like I just said - not keen on having journalists report on it.

Was it murder? Is it murder when the u.s. has non combatant casualties in a drone strike against a valid target?

We certainly don't legally consider that to be the case for our drone strikes.
December 9, 2025 at 6:49 PM
I'm saying - I thought pretty clearly at this point, that there was enough plausible uncertainty during Biden's term that trying to convict him of either a violation of u.s. federal law, or a war crime in the ICC, would likely fail.

Remember the ally nation in this case is actively lying to us.
December 9, 2025 at 6:45 PM
Pretty sure I -wasn't- saying we should violate the law.

When was it confirmed with hard evidence?

i.e. objectively proven in a way that wasn't deniable with a shred of plausibility?

In retrospect, yeah, we know for sure it happened. And I -do- think Biden knew. But I can't prove it.

Fetterman is the lowest example of a democrat right now.

And I daresay he might have invoked Texan racism as a reason for Crockett not to run.
