Actually making progress on map for linux. I picked up the original codebase and used wmap-parser-rust and wmap-renderer-rust!

It'll take a bit to get feature parity, but a working first version might come in a few days :D

Pretty happy to reach this point for the wmap #fedwiki plugin.

It took a while to understand the plugin format, but I think wiki-plugin-markdown and wiki-plugin-graphviz werevery helpful.

I'll have to go through my code again and simplify, as I included a […]

first attempt at a book binding, with a simple pamphlet binding. Not bad. I used twice as much thread as I needed though.

Very relaxing activity!

I like small windows, so I made a compact style sheet for @kagihq

Results vary by query, but it's more effective when you have widgets.

Kagi is the website that I use the most, so it makes a huge difference in my day to day how many results I can see.

I […]

new #neovim plugin released: jannotate.nvim

What is it? It's a side by side view of #jujutsu's `jj file annotate` command. Kind of what you get with `:Git blame` in fugitive, but for jj.

* `a` to view the annotation
* highlights lines that are part […]

why `:Git blame` when you can `:Jannotate`?

I'm going through my #neovim plugins and decided to ditch fugitive, since I only ever use it to blame.

Instead I wrote this plugin to use #jujutsu and `jj file annotate` when I press `a`.

There's still a […]

really enjoying the xsetroot patterns. Doesn't work with the tahoe translucent taskbar.

black and white was too disorienting, so trying #ff0000 with #cccccc.

some patterns cause odd visual effects, but most look good. I'm using them at 4x

Maybe one more #quicksilver plugin before moving to other things.

Since Captura has an automation url scheme (https://captura.tranquil.systems), it can be controlled with quicksilver.

The recording attached was started by finding the open xcode window in […]

I think it's ready! Version 1.0.0 of my Things 3 plugin for #quicksilver is now available for download.

It has basic functionality to browse the app sections, projects, areas, tags and tasks.
You can add an auth key to create tasks.
You can create tasks […]

It's usable now!

I still want to tweak it to deal better with certain types. Eg. tasks for contacts, files or URLs

But I think this is almost ready for a 1.0 release. Up next for that purpose will be:
- add app sections (eg. today, inbox, etc.)
- add tags […]

Learning #quicksilver plugins is slowly paying off. Making some progress on my Things 3 plugin. This one uses parsers so should be cleaner than my last attempt.

I am VERY excited to see that badge populate. that's 100 bookmarks from my linkding instance.

Still need to:
- Figure out why settings sometimes save, sometimes don’t
- Paginate
- Use the right type
- Set the right icon
- Test that I didn't break the […]

turns out that adapting my #quicksilver FlatBezel.qsplugin to render as liquid glass isn't too bad.

Since I still like the flat look, this will be a new plugin. I reckon another day or so of work needed.
