Regardless of "gender ideology" being a made up reactionary catch all, you cannot wipe an idea off the planet, only people. Ultimately, this is a statement of genocidal intent.

New Zealand offers asylum to trans people. Again, I know how difficult it is to leave but if you can it is worth a shot.
General statement:
if any trans person can overcome the various other barriers to get to Australia, I have a fold out double bed in my study and you can stay with me for a few months or whatever while you get yourself sorted.
