I know! Mayor Rob Ford privatized Toronto’s snow removal. Then Mayor John Tory awarded all the contracts to just 2 companies & now almost everything is done by one company, “Snow T.O.”

& the penalty for not removing snow on time was reduced from $200 a minute to $10 a minute. Now they don’t care ☹️
