The masks aren't the cause of their violent behavior. The masks are the result of a system that has uplifted law enforcement despite their open radicalization to the right. Where we are politically with federal police is the result of a failure to take seriously the problem of police power.

There is a case to be made that any board of a university that signed an agreement that required paying a fee has breached their fiduciary duty and I think somebody should explore it
The Trump administration is no longer trying to get cash from Harvard as it seeks a settlement. At this point, the White House seems happy to get a signature on anything they can call a compact.

I keep seeing this resurfacing on my feed but what I wanna know is how this doesn’t get them straight up booted off of campus, why it hasn’t happened sooner, & who is allowing them to stay?

Because if I were those other students who aren’t complete freaks, I’d feel wildly unsafe at that location.
Take a look at this insane image the Illinois College Republicans posted and then read their statement about how they're not trying to excuse or glorify violence.

It's pretty amazing to me the amount of shit that apparently you can Just Do as an NYC mayor. It makes basically every other American politician look like an incompetent loser.
