I admit to being a bit facetious, but what little evidence we've got so far does suggest that Cub is the card your deck should be built around to me. It might not be Vivi/Grinding Breach levels of broken but I do believe that it will end up being too much for the format to handle.

Yeah that struck me as weird as well. I've always seen an eye. The "drowning man" made me laugh though

There is plenty of precedent for breaking MTG's rules for Commander. EDH started as "actually, you have 8 cards in your starting hand", then Partner made it "actually, 9", then Eminence said "actually, you start with an emblem", etc. etc.
