Ok, I live in the Ottawa region, and I am asking myself the same thing. We were “feels like” -25C last night.

I hear a) “We bought one, and it did nothing”. b) BC and Indigenous leaders say no - why does AB get heard over? c) “Wasn’t he the environment and values guy?”

I do see support for defence spending.

He is wasting social capital and trust on pipelines, to a population who won’t thank him for it.

I agree that Canada needs to step up and create new alliances and increase our defence capabilities dramatically.

Choose the social capital spending wisely. I would say most Canadians can tolerate the necessity of defence spending, but not the continued environmental degradation.

I write the PM’s office directly. I usually get a response, and sometimes it’s fairly detailed. Someone in the comm’s team notes it and if relevant, will pass it on.

I do the same with Mr. Ford.

Important to note, I am not Un-American. I am anti-fascist. The lack of transparency, the support of the current regime in America, and the using of indigenous lead language is outrageous coming from the idea of a nation BUILDING project.
