I finished my 75 Medium Challenge! I’m so proud of myself for making it this far. I didn’t take my last couple weeks of check in photos, but I definitely feel a difference. I do have some takes away when I do do this in the future again
today I started my 75 day Medium Challenge! I wanted to do this as I’ve heard and seen folks do something similar(75 hard/soft) and said it changed them for the better. Super excited to see where this goes 🤭

A little late but here is my check in on 1/30. I’m seeing more muscle definition which I love! I finished 2 books so far and reading 2 more this month. My reading goal become a lot easier once I cut TikTok out. Can’t wait to see how much I changed at my next check in!

It has been a full week since I started my 75 Medium challenge. So far the hardest thing to do is reach my step goals. I think I walk a lot at my job but when I look at my step count it reminds me otherwise…here’s to another week!

i was at the gym and there were so many people coming in and out my area…after i finished, i went to clean my equipment off and it was a new roll of paper towel…so you telling me these people weren’t cleaning their equipment off the entire time 😭😭🤢?!
