Robins are sometimes known as guardians of cemeteries. Due to their fearless nature and presence around graves, robins are sometimes believed to be waiting for the souls of the deceased to accompany them on their journey to the afterlife.

Yes, the relief I get stepping into a woodland is almost instant. It's as if something calls to you. This is where I find peace - it's the Heswall Dales, Wirral, and you can see the Welsh mountains in the background.

My Dad 507th PIR 82nd, training in Alliance Nebraska with Geronimo the parachuting dog Dad said he was awesome and yes they did have to push him out the first time but after that they had to hold him back till his turn on the static line cuz he wanted to fly again! He jumped for 60,000 people to raise money for war bonds. It was a lot 😃 kids and gkids put a statue of him at the War Dog Memorial at Ft Benning (or whatever they are calling it now) He was a good boy and did a great service for his country and to him he was flying ✨
