If you don't want to, the summary: to comply with Russian law (they didn't admit that part but I know that's why they had to do it), users with the "Cyrillic Services" turned on can no longer post or comment unless they are inside Russia and identified with their government identity.

You're not wrong. And what sucks for someone who is a student of history, we're in that sucky phase of the cycle where everything is a trash fire wanting to ignite a bigger one.

been that way for a while; what the administration is doing in Venezuela is just accelerating it. In a very OMG, WTF way.

So I am officially asking for help. I tried pulling my thoughts together at my DW, which I dusted off for just this occasion. It’s the most recent entry here: perclexed.dreamwidth.org

My goal is $350. I’m at $265 right now. Stretch goal is $500. Relief goal is $750.

Deadline is Jan 3.

Auld Lang Syne is traditional, but Home Free did a cover in Mandarin Chinese they released on YouTube, if you want something different. Also, Dua Lipa's "Dance the Night Away" and Taylor Swift's "New Year's Day".

I'm starting to become convinced those of us who learned to use software without Google or AI, and who know the "deeper" intricacies of said software b/c we learned how (self-taught or otherwise) are rapidly becoming an endangered species.

Probably Highlander and/or dueSouth. I actually resisted joining for three months because I had my own site back then and didn't really see the point.

9-12 months unopened unless it's been exposed to extreme temperatures. The +📈the cocoa, the shorter the shelf life. Check the box/bag; it should have an expiration date. Chocolate bloom (a discoloration) isn't harmful, but I've never liked eating it; means the sugar/fat has risen 2 the surface.
