Hi Renza, I'm so sorry to hear this. As you know, I live with arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis). I know how limiting that sort of hand pain can be. As I work in this area, I can also share loads of practical information. Please reach out if I can help you in any way.

It's not the outback but it's not a big city either so you will be in a different world (not necessarily better or worse, just different). You're bound to meet some wonderful people. Just keep an open mind about everything that's new to you.
