I am catching up on submissions before our next window opens on Dec 1. I have just been blown away, really. There's just so many good submissions, and I don't even have time to write custom rejections because all that time adds up over hundreds of submissions. This is such a blessing and curse!

I've talked to a few folks this morning who were talking about stopping work on their creative projects. Because it's "not important anymore."
I don't know who needs to hear this, but DON'T DO THAT.
