We've all seen the movies. Deranged (genius/bad guy/profiteer) plotting to get (device/code/data) to gain (world dominance/sell to the highest bidder/wreck havoc as a distraction to a bigger goal/end the world). Except this is real life. Why are we asking the question...why do they need that data?
