The skills gap is not on the candidate. The skills gap is the hiring manager's lack of skills to recognize proven experience and expertise to achieve corporate goals. There are so many biases baked into the hiring process.

💯 I think this country is baked at this point. It will be impossible to unravel the mess made to the structure of government. And the changes to society are callerbrated to ensure we will never be able to unite to get the country back. I spent a month in New Zealand last year. I liked it a lot.

There are some Dems making noise, but they have no control. And who blames them?!?! The country voted for this. And people were warned. The Dems are done. Let it burn. We are going to have to get ourselves out of this jam.
