The first several speakers at this morning's comprehensive plan meeting have been longtime homeowners in Seattle's wealthy Madrona neighborhood, arguing that a two-block "neighborhood center" where some apartments will be allowed, saying it will destroy their neighborhood.

I really value having people who know me deeply and care about me truly. Don't know that I'll ever get over the pain of one unwilling (unable?) to know or care making such a mockery of love and marriage; I do know that I wouldn't be making it at all without the actually good people still in my life.

It's that magical time of year when Americans remind themselves that they actually do love missing middle housing.

Obviously, people are willing to pay a premium for dense, vibrant, walkable, decorative communities!

Watched "Move Along Home" tonight. More convinced than ever it's not nearly as bad as people like to make it out to be. Sure, the actual gameplay is simplistic, cheesy and grating. But it's got good early building of the Ben/Jake relationship. An interesting concept of a (1/2)
