More Americans will die every year from the Medicaid and ACA cuts than died n Gaza since 10/7. And though the attacks on Gaza have diminished, the American deaths due to health cuts will continue, every year. And then add the millions who will die due to USAid cuts. What about those genocides?

Remember that the funding deal was signed in 2018 when Trump was President. The Michigan GOP was in Maroun’s back pocket and wouldn’t fund the construction, leading to the deal for Canada to pay all the costs and get reimbursed from the tolls.
