Happy Moogie Day to all who celebrate.

Quark and Moogie are both Ferengi: short aliens with reddish brown skin, enormous ears, and bald, bulbous heads. The context of this scene is hard to explain, but Quark has a complicated relationship with his mother but they both love each other.
