Unrestricting them entirely is not what is needed but making them unlimited but aft only akin to mines so Dual Beam Banks can have beams aft that fire at the same angle.

DBBs are currently the most under used thanks to this. Most cruisers are 4/4s and cant use cannons but cant use DBBs properly.
