I'm not sure sheetz has a single non gas station location, and they dont have any sheetz in Pittsburgh proper so i feel they wont be coming to philly.

This pretty interesting, a 3rd of all cops now live outside the city under mayor parker, and half of all higher ups in the PD live outside the city now too. Also funny to see the cops in the city all live in the most car loving areas is funny and there is something to be said about that.

having china town now go all the way to the union transfer feels very weird but I guess they have been pushing "north china town" for a bit now in order to make sure they dont have to up zone and sprawl out. maybe they should start to remove a lot of the parking in the area.

Whats even funnier is when they first knocked all those really nice and old actually historic buildings they replaced it with parking lots before it became a heat island, dead grass lawn. Also dont forget the 3 blocks to the right where buildings also once stood! makes a big L shape which is fitting

even if you added sidewalks the little spur line about 2 miles from the dekalb station would still not get any ridership. KOP is just not dense at all. it has a lot of jobs but those jobs are all spread out. also the defeat on the rail was that there was no one to fund it.

I have mapped out almost every parking lot in center city, everything in yellow is parking lot/parking garage minus a few lots or things I marked as bad land use. there's still some more parking hiding that I just have seen or gotten to yet.

I've mapped out most of the parking center city area even the garages and back alley parking areas just to fully show how much is there still missing some and some of it is just empty lots or bad land u se but 98% is parking. the garages hiding under everything adds alot.

Japan where its the most used just use the bidet seats. cheap and just fits on your exist toilet, you can now buy this in the US too by the same makers.

So much free land but no demand to live up in north philly because no jobs near by unless you drive out of the city or land a job in center city and take the bus or subway down. whole houses here are like 65k to buy. meanwhile center city is 1mill+ for a house and new units fill up instantly.

My grand mothers grand father had some style too him, tho idk if you can say he was GOOD as in like he went out and made sure natives starved to death after his time was up but we dont talk about that. But he is the reason why we have limerick power plant so balances out lol.

Another issues, the park lacks a lot trails. like in this area,a ton of trails have been removed or rotted away over the past like 100 years. why my one friend almost died on "alt truck road" in the park going from state drive to the disc golf field, no direct trail route.

funny there is/was a way via stone stairs. the ones frank furness designed that went from up on the hill at strawberry mansions down but uhh either gone or overgrown. then having to take the best route to get on to kelly you get shot out at down hill speeds to this awful intersection.
