Recent lessons have focused on the one-handed backhand. Today, we practised the “set” position, and my coach decided to record it. It’s incredibly useful to see what you’re actually doing in terms of racquet work and biomechanics, but it’s also a bit disconcerting *to see what you’re actually doing*
