Yes, an apple...with some cinnamon (good for blood sugar levels). With some grains ground into a flour, perhaps...and some butter, lovingly kneaded into a crust...and maybe something to sweeten it a bit, like a cup of sugar. Baked in a oven at 350° for 45 minutes
