Making tamales for my Christmas potluck: Slow roasting a pork shoulder in the oven until it falls apart. Included are dried chilies (Ancho, California, and Guajillo), onions, garlic, salt, bay leaves, & cumin seed. Then once everything cools I use the liquid to make the mole sauce #tamales

Funny how I’ve lived in Orlando since 2019 & two blocks from Hank’s but never been there until yesterday’s Toy Drive party!

Finally got transferred to a private room with a shower, & got clean. Waiting on dinner, then a COLONOSCOPY!
If anyone wants to visit to shower me with gifts or blowies or sneak in a Whopper, Checkerburger, or a McRib (easy in the sauce, extra onions & pickles), I am in Room 3329 at Advent Hospital

Based on many signs, I suspect I have colitis, IBS , a polyp blockage or colon/rectal cancer. I am trying to find affordable resources for tests since it’s been 3 years since I had a screening and not had insurance coverage for a year.

Saw Bit Brigade live last night, as they played the entirety of Mega Man X live! It’s my fifth time seeing them, and to watch them perform the music from one of my favorite video games of all times was a huge treat! I bought a shirt and they all signed it! #MegaManX #BitBrigade
